Artworks and hand-painted items are one-of-a-kind. Crochet hats, handmade T-shirts, tote bags, and baseball caps are small-batch or handmade to order, so each piece may vary slightly. Variations are part of the charm of handmade work.

Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Shipping is usually via La Poste (tracked).

For Original Artworks you must choose Signature Required Delivery at checkout.

Currently, I ship within the European Union.
For other countries, please email me first to arrange shipping. International orders may require custom carriers, signature on delivery, and additional handling for original artworks.

All shipments include a tracking number. You’ll receive it by email once your order has been shipped.

• Standard items: You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the item (EU law).

• Custom or made-to-order items: Cancellation is not possible once work has begun.

If your item arrives damaged:

• Notify me within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

After 48 hours, damage claims cannot be accepted.

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt.

Return conditions:

• Items must be returned in original condition

• Artwork must not be damaged, altered, or used

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer

• Items must be properly packaged

• Refunds issued within 14 days after I receive and inspect the returned item

Exceptions (No Right of Withdrawal):

• Made-to-order crochet hats or personalized items

• Any custom or commissioned work

• Items clearly made according to your specifications

Note: Color variations due to screens or natural materials are not considered defects.

• Hand-painted: Please hand wash gently, inside out, low temperature, and avoid harsh detergents for your garment or textile piece.

• Detailed care instructions are included on the Care & Instructions card that comes with each item, so you can preserve it safely and enjoy it for years.

• Crochet or handmade items: Follow the care instructions provided for each material type.

Colors may differ slightly from photos due to screen settings, lighting, or natural material variations. This is normal for handmade items.

For original artworks or special shipments:

• I ship using tracked carriers with signature on delivery.

• I provide Certificates of Authenticity, studio documentation, or archival packaging.

• International collectors should email me first to arrange shipping with professional specifications.
