Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Shipping is usually via La Poste (tracked) and Signature Required Delivery

Currently, I ship within the European Union.
For other countries, please email me first to arrange shipping. International orders may require custom carriers, signature on delivery, and additional handling for original artworks.

All shipments include a tracking number. You’ll receive it by email once your order has been shipped.

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the item (EU law).

If your item arrives damaged:

• Notify me within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

After 48 hours, damage claims cannot be accepted.

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt.

Return conditions:

• Items must be returned in original condition

• Artwork must not be damaged or altered.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer

• Items must be properly packaged

• Refunds issued within 14 days after I receive and inspect the returned item

Note: Color variations due to screens or natural materials are not considered defects.

Original works on paper are protected with fixative, UV protection, or varnish where applicable.

Each artwork is shipped carefully between layers of glassine or acid-free archival paper, which must not be discarded (it protects the surface from smudging or damage during handling, Leave the protective layers in place until framing to avoid smudging or damage).

Inside the package you will also find the Certificate of Authenticity: This must be kept as a permanent record of the artwork’s origin and authenticity.

Following these instructions ensures your artwork arrives and remains in the best possible condition.

Colors may differ slightly from photos due to screen settings, lighting, or natural material variations.

For original artworks or special shipments:

• I ship using tracked carriers with signature on delivery.

• I provide Certificates of Authenticity, studio documentation, or archival packaging.

• International collectors should email me first to arrange shipping with professional specifications.
